We specialize in manufacturing and selling professional kitchen knives. All of our knives are made of Japanese high quality steel and are manufactured with extremely high standards. The materials for making Zhen Premium knives are quality tested in various ways to ensure the life and sharpness of our blades.

All of our employees go through a series of employment training sessions geared towards creating in our staff the concept of “quality control done by everyone, and by every department” to meet the high expectations of each of our customers.
We are proud to present to you our high quality Carbon Stainless Steel Series and Damascus Series knives. All of our steels are imported from Japan. Our knives are made of VG-10 (HRC60~62) “super steel” which contains carbon, chromium, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, silicon, and vanadium. This steel produces blades which are exceptionally sharp and have a long edge retention. The result is that our knives cut meat easily and neatly.
Our knife handles are made with durable materials (TPR, Pakkawood, Micarta) which produce beautiful non-slip, anti-bacteria handles which are comfortable to use and easy to clean.
